Meet BA303

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful BA303 a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

BA303, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from a lot of different places and aspects. I would like to start with my family and friends I consider family they push me and make sure I live up to my full potential which often requires resilience to get though obstacles or hard times. I also have a belief system that I can do anything that I put my mind to and I’ve seen it work first hand after some of the hardest times of my life. I also get resilience from the people I’ve lost throughout my time on earth. I lost many friends including one of my best ones and that will forever motivate me. Long live Rkad3.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I make rap & hip hop music and have an undying love for it. I started in 2019 and since have had major collaborations and releases since then. I’ve managed to tour across the United States from LA to Miami and spread the word on my music. My biggest project to date “Show You” (ft. Swizzy J & Sean Kingston) is out now on all platforms. My partner company and clothing line BAWorldWide LLC brings forth new updates, projects, partner and sponsorships, and merchandise to the people.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities or skills that helped the most on this journey through music and life would have to be. 1) perseverance
2) kindness
3) dedication

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
There comes a time when almost everybody experiences some sort of being overwhelmed. When it comes to me it is very helpful to break down things into smaller pieces, more digestible size pieces and move from there. Often times when you dream big this is something you have to do.
