Meet BabyRuth Tangog

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful BabyRuth Tangog. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with BabyRuth below.

BabyRuth, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
I try out new things, and avoid always returning to the same solutions I have used in the past. In addition to challenging myself ,I also need to create my own opportunities for creativity.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
As a little girl I enjoyed arts and crafts, implementing my creative mind into a photobooth captured my interests to express my art and experience. There is something magical about capturing moments in a small enclosed space, where people can let loose and be themselves.

What I love most about my photobooth hobby is how it brings people together. Friends and family would gather around the booth at parties or events, eagerly waiting for their turn to strike a pose. The laughter and excitement that filled the room were contagious. People would have silly props or strike dramatic poses, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
First – you have to have people skills and continue to build your network. Second – keep up with technology and find ways to stay ahead 😉
Third – always be open to learn new and exciting things

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
I keep my self busy as a bee. And it is true that running a business can be overwhelming. But always find to step back, take a breather, and find ways to relax, like go out for a date night, or cook something. It is important that you find something that you really like to do aside from your business. This helps me to refocus and sometimes new ideas pop as well.
