Hi BAYE Lizette, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My Extraordinary Resilience Comes from having ultimate faith in the Most High Creator.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My current focus for the BAYE Art Boutique Productions Brand is to remain focus, consistent and continue to produce exclusive art, design, fashion & entertainment.

We have a few exciting surprises that we want to keep a secret, however we enjoy sharing our excitement that we are growing rapidly.
Thousands have been waiting for the BAYE Brand to reactivate our performances, relaunch & reopen global stores….. Let’s just say; there’s A LOT to look forward to in the near future!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
As a Self-born Artist, I know having faith in your purpose & passion will create an amazing foundation. II know having knowledge and international hands-on experience was the greatest thing to ever happen to me more than two decades ago. I own a great big heart for “people”. I speak multiple. languages, I am culturally oriented, I own a natural ability to maneuver worldwide & create a legendary success which will eventually become the backbone for my children’s present & future. The most impactful including in my journey today is to surround yourself around real, positive, fortunate, ope-minded & loyal people, but most importantly, believe in yourself.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely, I am always seeking to recruit FABULOUS Talented people worldwide. I am always looking to collaborate and possibly partner up with exceptional people, businesses and brands. Because me and the BAYE Brand are so dramatically vibrant and connected, I would love to work with Amurru Z’marai, Yani Melani, NAS, Damian Marley, Rihanna, Roberto Cavalli, Oprah Winfrey, Nick Cannon, Denzel Washington, Eddie Griffin, Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, Dolce Gabbana, Mike Rashid, the richest women in Africa, Spike Lee, Kanye West, Alicia Keys, BMW, Billy Carson, Ferrari, Converse, & Lisane Basquiat just to name a few. I am also interested in those talented people who enjoy being behind the scenes. It would be a giant double- making of history if I these people were to reach out to me and collaborate on some magical art, design, fashion & entertainment projects.
