Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brennon Hall. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Brennon with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I’ve been working since I was legally able and even before that I always try to find ways to make money. I’ve understood sent a very young age that if I want something I have to go get it and somebody else also likely wants that very same thing and may be putting in hours when I’m not there for I need to put in as many hours of work as I can to accomplish the goals I want to achieve.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I consider myself a cultural connector, a pillar in the music and art community surrounding Buffalo. I love to give opportunities to other small businesses and collaborate with other small businesses any chance I can. Overall I just want to continue to build creative outlets that allow artist to monetize their creations .
At my recording studio thousands of artists are able to collaborate, meet up, and build relationships annually same thing with my company The Indie Visuals, One of our main goals is to empower the independent artist and create as many new and lasting connections as possible. We do that with her themed parties, the beat auction, our seminars and workshops and more.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I think working several jobs in my youth for years helped me understand the basic concept of good customer service and making the customer/client number one.
I think the conflict resolution can also be one of the best skills whether that’s internally or externally and that can be a business, personal, or with/in any kind of relationship.
I also think it’s important to be extremely creative and innovative especially in smaller markets. The more you create unique experiences of quality the more you will stand out naturally and that will become your marketing and promotion via word of mouth just for having quality business/services consistently available.
Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
I believe it was 2013 when I read Napoleon Hills think and grow Rich. I took the simple concept of definite desire and ran with it.
If you have a definite desire there is no Plan B and from there you create every road in route to get to said desire.
I believe that has been one of the most important lessons that has put me on the path I am currently on.
