We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Brianna Chapman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Brianna below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Brianna with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
My work ethic comes from grandparents and parents, at a young age I was always told ” If I put my mind to it, I can do it”. Hearing that daily at the age of 4 my sister’s and I created a lemonade stand in front of my parents house that day change my life, because it felt good to put in the work and feel successful. My work ethic is defined by “whatever the job is; get it done the best I can”. Since then I have put in blood, sweat, and tears to be in the position I am in today.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
3 qualities that have helped me are wisdom, being a leader, and hard work. Wisdom listening to my elders and observing my surroundings, being a leader taking the risks I was taught to walk by faith and not by sight, and hard work; doing what’s right when no one is looking don’t complain, get it done by any means necessary. Advice I can give to people is don’t race yourself; pace yourself. As long as you see the vision keep pushing, and don’t overthink take the risk!
Do you think it’s better to go all in on our strengths or to try to be more well-rounded by investing effort on improving areas you aren’t as strong in?
If you focus all your time and effort on your strengths, you’ll never know your weaknesses. Yes, it is good to know your strengths, but it’s better to know your weaknesses therefore you can improve in those areas and grow and become a better business owner. Meaning making is a constant habit of doing the things you don’t like doing and start to enjoying the process, investing and growing your knowledge. once I took it upon myself to start making the thing I don’t like doing a habit, I started to grow in business and as a person because it made me realize it was a self conscience thing.
