Meet Bridgette Richard

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Bridgette Richard a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Bridgette , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My mother is one of the strongest ladies I know and she has always displayed resilience, not to mention my father, a Hall of Fame track and Field coach, always pushed for me to do my best at any and everything I set my mind to.  I’ve always strived to do the absolute best at all things. I set my mind to. It was instilled in me at an early age that it’s better to try and fail than to fail to try. Even if I fail I believe it gives me a fresh start to come back even better.“ The harder I fall the higher I bounce back.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Welcome to B EVERYTHING Body, where we specialize in crafting exquisite, organic body butter products. Our company is dedicated to producing high-quality, small-batch creations that promote self-love and confidence. We firmly believe in embracing your true self, unapologetically. I use aromatherapy intentionally to help with many mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression and menopause.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Customer service is most important to me. I believe in making every client feel as though they are the only ones in the boutique. Treat your clients right and they will surely comeback and may tell a friend. Communication is key in all things from sourcing ingredient to customer relations.

Believe in yourself. If you do not believe in yourself or your products it will be hard to convince others to do so.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
The biggest area of improvement has been offering gift bundles for clients to buy for others and then they become clients. It has been so heartwarming watching my business grow organically.
