We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Brittney Abrams. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Brittney below.
Brittney, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I developed my confidence and self-esteem by going through a transformative healing journey of personal growth and self-discovery. Healing from my past, Learning to build self-love habits, including rediscovering who I was, and creating a life I enjoy allowed me to recognize my strengths, develop healthy habits such as self-care, stepping out of my comfort zone, and overall setting smart goals to live a fulfilling life.
By acknowledging my abilities and accomplishments, I built a strong foundation for self-belief and celebrated my progress along the way.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
With a divorce background, being a people pleaser, I struggled with finding my purpose in life, and love for myself as I went through several trials and tribulations in relationships throughout life. I learned a lot about myself and one thing that has never changed is my passion to inspire and uplift others to help them see their worth, and view their lives through a different lens. Through the process of healing, self-love, and rebuilding to start a new chapter, I began to blossom, and in my blooming season, God led me into my purpose which was the birth of Heal to Inspire to Shine and new beginnings with her newfound love.
Heal to Inspire to Shine belongs to God, I’m just the servant. I received my Certification as a Life Coach, specializing in Relationship Coaching and also, continuing my education in Global Business. It has been my blessing and with that, I am going to continue to be obedient in what God has called me to do with women who need me. It is my passion to empower women to heal from past heartbreak, build self-love, & create a life they enjoy while preparing them to embrace & attract love again in a healthy way when the time is right.
We offer both coaching services (1:1 & Group Coaching) and products. We also have an annual Empowerment Luncheon for women that will inspire, empower them, hold them accountable, and more to embrace their next chapter fearlessly and unapologetically.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back I can say the most important part of my journey that was the most impactful was owning my story, letting God take control, and embracing my healing journey. I was no longer the broken girl I always thought I had to be.
Here’s wisdom for any woman that may need to read this. If you are on your journey or on the fence about starting your healing, my advice to you is to say “YES” to you. Choose yourself first, and forgive yourself so you can move into your best next chapter and become the woman you envision yourself to be.
“Heal from within, Inspire from the heart, and Shine from the soul.” – Coach B
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client is a woman who has experienced recent or repeated heartbreak. She has gone through challenging romantic relationships, breakups, divorces, or other toxic experiences that have left her feeling hurt, disappointed, or emotionally wounded. She is in need of healing those emotional wounds, releasing past pain, finding closure from previous relationships, and being ready to let go of negative patterns, limiting beliefs, and emotional baggage.
We aim for women who are ready to invest in themselves, and willing to commit their time, effort, and more into their personal development journey because they understand the value of investing in themselves to create lasting positive changes. That means she is ready to seek personal growth, rediscover who she is and develop a better understanding of her needs, worth, values, and goals to embark on a journey of preparing for healthy and fulfilling relationships.
