We recently connected with Cait Curley and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Cait, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My mom comes to mind immediately. My work ethic is deeply rooted in the values instilled by her. Her unwavering dedication, resilience, and commitment to staying above water and providing for her family have been a constant source of drive for me. From an early age, I learned the importance of hard work, perseverance, and maintaining a strong sense of integrity in all endeavors. My mom’s influence continues to guide my professional approach, shaping the way I approach challenges and strive for success. No matter the day, she puts one foot in front of the other to get the job done, and that mentality has definitely spread to me.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Reflecting on my journey, the three key elements that stand out as most impactful to my journey are resilience, continuous learning and groundedness. Resilience: The ability to bounce back from setbacks and navigate challenges with a positive mindset has been crucial. In the face of adversity, I’ve learned that setbacks are often stepping stones to success. Embrace difficulties as opportunities for growth, stay focused on your goals, and maintain the belief that you can overcome any obstacle. Continuous Learning: The world is dynamic, and staying relevant requires a commitment to ongoing learning. Whether it’s acquiring new skills, staying abreast of industry trends, or seeking out diverse perspectives, the hunger for knowledge is a driving force. Stay curious, be open to new ideas, and actively seek out opportunities for professional and personal development. Groundedness: Staying grounded in the midst of achievements and challenges has been bottom-line. It involves maintaining a sense of self-awareness and authenticity, regardless of external circumstances. It has made me better equipped to make sound decisions, connect with others authentically, and weather the inevitable ups and downs of any journey. —- Advice for those early in their journey: Cultivate Humility: Embrace the mindset that every experience is an opportunity to learn. Stay open to feedback, be willing to adapt, and approach challenges with a humble spirit. Embrace Equality: Treat every person with dignity and respect. Embrace diversity, seek out different perspectives, and foster an environment where everyone’s voice is valued. Recognize that each individual brings unique strengths to the table. Network Authentically: Building relationships is not just about what you can gain; it’s about mutual support and growth. Cultivate genuine connections with sincerity and a willingness to contribute to the success of others. Don’t fall for the trick that you must “suck it up” and be around people that don’t feel right, create boundaries and whom you allow in your sphere of energy. Stay True to Your Passion: In the midst of challenges, your passion will be a guiding light. Stay true to what drives you, and let that authenticity shine through in your work. Remember, the journey is as important as the destination.
As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
I moved to New York City in my early 20’s to pursue an acting and modeling career. Right before I moved, I bought a book called “How to Become a Magnet to Hollywood Success”. The book did indeed consists of recommendations for building a personal brand, portfolio, building relationships and more but, unexpectedly and most importantly education on how to manifest. The book expanded my knowledge and understanding of the Law of Attraction and Law of Assumption. It was a period in my life where I was so honed in on building a career and foundation for myself, I was incredibly influenced by the teachings of magic in this book. I took these skills into the world and was quickly astonished with the way my life was unfolding. 15 years later, I still think it’s the most important book I ever read.
