Meet Carolina Panoff

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Carolina Panoff. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Carolina below.

Carolina, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I believe my resilience stems from a combination of personal experiences and a deep-rooted passion for helping others. Life is a journey filled with challenges, and I’ve faced my fair share of obstacles. Each setback has been an opportunity for growth and learning, and I’ve embraced those moments with humility.

Life is a journey filled with challenges, and I’ve faced my fair share of obstacles. Each setback has been an opportunity for growth and learning, and I’ve embraced those moments with humility.

The courage to navigate challenges comes from a genuine desire to create a space where people can truly be themselves and experience personal growth. Since I love my vision and what I do so much, it propels me forward even through difficult moments.

Entrepreneurship to me is a spiritual initiation of embracing the unknown.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
As the founder of Be You Disco and a life coach, my mission is to create a space where individuals can embrace their authenticity, cultivate personal growth, and discover their true potential. Be You Disco is not just a brand; it’s a mindset that encourages people to celebrate their uniqueness and live life authentically.

s the founder of Be You Disco and a life coach, my mission is to create a space where individuals can embrace their authenticity, cultivate personal growth, and discover their true potential. Be You Disco is not just a brand; it’s a mindset that encourages people to celebrate their uniqueness and live life authentically.

At Be You Disco, we offer a range of coaching services and immersive experiences that blend personal development with the joy of self-expression. Whether it’s through workshops, events, or one-on-one coaching sessions, our goal is to empower individuals to lead more fulfilling lives.

As for what’s new, we are constantly evolving and expanding our offerings. We have been working with meeting planners, wedding planners, and corporations for the past 2 years bringing these transformative experiences to different segments. I am now focused on licensing my brand to spread it even further.

In essence, Be You Disco is more than just a brand; it’s a movement that encourages people to dance to the rhythm of their own lives, embracing the beauty of their authenticity. I look forward to the continued growth of our community and the positive impact we can make together.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Emotional mastery has been one of the skills that has defined my success and growth. When starting a company from the ground up fear, self-doubt, comparison, imposter-syndrome and a slew of many other characters can arise to knock on your door. When i learned how to be with these parts and fully embrace them instead of judging myself for them my business and life propelled. I now work with other creatives, change-makers, and people that are ready to use these blocks as stepping stones toward growth. I personally worked with a coach about 5 years ago to develop these skillsets and I would recommend to anyone that they work with a Life Coach to learn this invaluable skill which brings so much balance and peace into your life.

Resting: Learning how to rest and recharge has been a huge challenge for me. I am always trying to grow quicker, faster, do more, and it takes the joy out of fulfilling this beautiful purpose. I have had to slow down and rest in order to be more productive.

Reframing the I don’t know how mindset, to I can learn how. This is really about putting perfectionism in check and uncomplicating tasks. I have taught myself so many things on this journey including: group facilitation, public speaking, accounting, marketing, sales and I love learning all aspects of my business. This year I am focused starting to bring on team members that can take some of the other aspects off of my plate so that I can fully embrace and focus on sales.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am always open to meaningful collaborations, especially with wellness, fitness, and entertainment brands that align with our vision of promoting authenticity, personal growth, and well-being. I have a vision that Be You Disco will one day be taught onboard cruise ships as well as higher-end fitness clubs like Equinox that are more focused on building community.
