Meet Cassius Butts

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Cassius Butts. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Cassius below.

Hi Cassius, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from my late Father, Courtland A. Butts, Sr. My father was always the first one up and the last one to go to sleep. He never complained and always focused on accomplishing his goals.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I just like to win and win with a team. I am most excited when a plan comes together. I sincerely enjoy doing what I destined to do.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
My failures Learning from my failures to gain wisdom
Putting a plan together to make a positive impact on people, places and communities.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
