We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Cathia Menendez a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Cathia, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I get my work ethic from my Dad, he has always been so Dedicated and so motivated by his family he always made sure to provide the best he could for us and with everything we needed and thanks to him and my Mom I am so Responsible and passionate about everything I do.

I love what I do so much, I am an Esthetician and I focus more in Lash Extensions, Brows and Facial Treatments. I love waking up knowing the when I go to work I feel like home I love making my clients feel more beautiful , I love getting to know new people and talking to them about anything they want to talk. One of my biggest passion is teaching to others I love sharing knowledge.
And that is why I am an instructor as well I teach Lash extensions, Brow Waxing , Lash Lift and more. And I am so excited to share the this month is our 2 Year anniversary in this Location and we have New things coming up.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
One of my biggest qualities is being persistent, patients and never giving up what I want. I always kept trying and practicing my technique to be where I am right now. If you are just starting your business my advice will be surround yourself with quality people the add positive to your life and to know the nothing is easy you really can’t give up when it gets hard.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
