We were lucky to catch up with Charlotte Howard Collins recently and have shared our conversation below.
Charlotte, sincerely appreciate your selflessness in agreeing to discuss your mental health journey and how you overcame and persisted despite the challenges. Please share with our readers how you overcame. For readers, please note this is not medical advice, we are not doctors, you should always consult professionals for advice and that this is merely one person sharing their story and experience.
Mental health issues can be debilitating and challenging to overcome, but through perseverance and determination, I have overcome these struggles. It took a lot of hard work and self-reflection to come to a place of understanding and acceptance. However, ignoring my mental health concerns was not an option. I sought help and made positive changes to my daily routine that are tailored to managing my mental well-being. Whether it be therapy, medication, or simply practicing positive self-talk, we must address our mental health head-on. I am here to tell you that it is possible to overcome and prosper despite mental health challenges. It is all about finding what works best for you and having the confidence to persist on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My publishing business brings me immense joy and satisfaction because of the opportunity it provides to help others launch, fund, and grow their businesses. What excites and inspires me the most about this endeavor is my focus on empowering women through my wealthy women’s movement. Helping women elevate their lives and businesses is not only fulfilling but necessary. I believe in the power of women to transform their lives and communities with their businesses, and I am committed to providing the resources they need to succeed. Through my publishing business and the wealthy women’s movement, I am determined to make a difference in the lives of women entrepreneurs everywhere.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
As I reflect on my journey, I believe that the three most impactful qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge were resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning. These three components have allowed me to navigate challenging situations, pivot when necessary, and constantly improve myself. For those who are early in their journey, my advice would be to focus on developing these qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge. Resilience is key in overcoming obstacles, and adaptability allows for flexibility in one’s approach. Additionally, continuously seeking knowledge and learning new skills can only benefit one’s personal and professional growth. Remember, the journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and prioritizing these three components will lead to long-term success.
Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Whether you are an entrepreneur, an artist, a tech-savvy professional, or anyone in between, if you are driven by your vision, purpose, and values, then we might be the perfect match.
