Meet Christian Osborne

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Christian Osborne . We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Christian below.

Christian , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Finding my purpose has been quite the journey, but I credit my faith for finally being able to walk boldly in it. I had to realize that my passions and purpose were two different things. My passions are fleeting, forever changing, and evolving. Whereas, my purpose, my sole—soul purpose is to glorify God in all that I do. When I met that realization, my walk in my purpose shifted from stagnation to beautiful movement.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I recently launched my social media agency, Market 31:30 and Co. It was a big leap, but something God had placed on my heart many months prior. My agency, currently a one-woman company, is Christian lead. Market 31:30 was birthed from one of my favorite Bible scriptures, Proverbs 31:30. My company specializes in all things social media, offering services of graphic design, photography, short-form video, copywriting, content scheduling, content strategy, and so much more! After years of growing my influencing platforms, and working with brands to create content, I decided to hone those skills and knowledge to give back to small businesses, to help them grow, The Christian Way. I tested out my knowledge by helping to partner with a few small companies to assist with their rebrands and content creation. There, I found much success, helping one business grow their following by 90%. I took those wins as confirmation from God to spearhead Market 31:30 and Co. I realized, what set me apart from other agencies and social media marketers was my “inside” knowledge of the industry.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Failing is a big takeaway from my journey. I had to fall on my face to taste my determination to get back up. You know, how badly did I thirst to the succeed? I had to sup on failure to know the difference in taste of success.

Finding a happy medium to being humble and knowing who I am in Christ has been another driving factor in how I operate. While I enter all seasons with thanksgiving, I also know I was wonderfully made and equipped for any obstacle through Jesus.

I feel like anyone wanting to walk confidently in their purpose should first seek Him and then trust what He says. That’s it. Walk when no one is with you. Walk when it’s dark. Walk when it’s raining. Walk when you’re tired. Just walk, walk with God.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
I love a client who’s passionate about their work or product. If you’re not passionate about what you’re selling, why would someone else be? I love collaborating with my clients. We’re a team. I’m here to amply your story, to insert consumers into your vision, and HOPEFULLY garner you major attention, growth, and sales! Market 31:30 and Co. is currently accepting new clients!
