We recently connected with Clarissa Carlucci and have shared our conversation below.
Clarissa, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
After obtaining 15+ years of experience working at top Fortune 100 companies in New York and Miami, I realized that my true purpose in life was extending my experience and knowledge to others so that they could accomplish their dreams.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
As a first-generation Italian American, I noticed a deep need in the market to assist Italian brands with adapting their strategies to the US market, so I founded my company Carlucci Collective in 2022. It has been incredibly fulfilling making an impact on the lives of so many business owners.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Experience, education and empathy molded the foundation of my career, enabling me to succeed, connect with others and lend my expertise. If you remain curious and never stop learning, you’ll always move forward in life.
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
They encouraged me to forge my own path in life and work hard. They also taught me that family, health and happiness always comes first – when you prioritize these things, you have everything that truly matters in life and the rest falls into place.
