Claudia , so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
Art and Nature give me the strength and positivism that I need every day. Nature helps me to calm down while also giving me hope to keep going.
Art helps me get emotions out from the way I see the world whether they are positive or negative
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Art has become my lifestyle, I couldn’t survive without Art, it’s such a big world. I was traveling through a Colombian jungle when I started painting in a serious way and since then I haven’t stopped. Art is really powerful it can succeed many generations, my art has crossed borders, and connected with many people of all ages in many countries,
Vincent Van Gogh and Bill Traylor inspire me a lot.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Traveling, Languages and Nature are an essential part to develop my skills as an Artist, the advice that I would give to those who are starting is to enjoy the process, and to trust and believe in themselves and of course practice a lot.
Thanks so much for sharing all these insights with us today. Before we go, is there a book that’s played in important role in your development?
When I was a child I read A Quantic book it was the one that allowed my spirit to dream more, it is incredible what your brain can do. and in my adulthood Alejandro Jodorowsky with his book of Psychomagic.
