Meet Clint Regehr

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Clint Regehr. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Clint below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Clint with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I probably got my work ethic from my parents. They were both hard working people and it rubbed off on me as I was growing up. I started my first job in the 6th grade as a paperboy. I always worked through my school years. I was also very involved in sports growing up, from basketball, football, hockey, track etc and ended up playing and coaching college football. Throughout that time I learned the discipline of hard work, keeping and making deadlines. So hard work is definitely part of my fabric to this day…and I love working hard. The concept of “retirement” is not in my thinking.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I started a boutique video production company called CERVIDEO, LLC in 2012, specializing in corporate and industrial videos to help organizations communicate their value proposition in a new way.

I have extensive experience in both business and film, which allows me to quickly recognize the communication priorities of my clients and then work with them to come up with the right video strategy to meet their needs and within acceptable budgets.

The three major components of my videos are high quality, fast turnaround and affordable pricing.

I have had the privilege of working with companies of all sizes including: ExxonMobil, Hunter Industries, Inc., Chic-fil-A, Wailea Golf Club (Maui), Federal Heath, Magna Corp, Litens Automotive Group, IAC International Automotive Components, ABB, Sandvik, Roma Boots, Shoplogix Inc., AireDynamics, Tony & Candice Romo and the Duck Dynasty family. I have also done a variety of projects for non-profits such as Children Rising in Oakland, The RWB Veterans group, through Sign Distinction, Grace Point Church and others.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Communication Skills: Effective communication is a crucial quality I possess in my video production business. I prioritize clear and consistent communication with clients, which helps me deliver projects on time and within budget, exceeding their expectations.

Creative Vision:
As a visual person, I bring a unique perspective to my work through my ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table. This helps me capture the attention of audiences and sets my work apart.

Work Style and Personality:
My laid-back work style helps my clients feel comfortable and at ease during the video production process. I am known for being patient and flexible, making the process smoother for everyone involved. These qualities are frequently mentioned by clients as contributing factors to a positive experience working with me.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
My ideal client would have the following characteristics:

They would have clearly defined goals for the video project
A willingness to invest in high-quality production
They would be open to collaboration and clear communication
They would have a mutual understanding of the value of video as a marketing tool
They would have realistic budget and timeline expectations
They would have the ability to make decisions in a timely manner
They would be Interested in creating a long-term partnership with me. Most of my clients have done multiple projects with me.
