Meet Coley Giovanni

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Coley Giovanni. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Coley below.

Hi Coley , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Having grace with myself was a crucial turning point in the development of my confidence & self esteem – not being so hard on myself, while holding a space for me to be my rawest – unapologetically.

When I did this, I stopped pointing out flaws and started to see myself as powerfully unique.

I was understanding all the things that make me who I am – my triggers, how I process & what I want to work on.

Most days are easy to remember, I’m really THAT GIRL – for the days when it’s a little harder, I just fake it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m on a mission to empower women & men through jewelry – to awaken the best parts of ourself through adornment.

Starting my brand The [ Sanxuary ], has been a life aligning experience so far and the response has been confirmation that the brand is here to stay. We’re not even a year old!

In a few months I went from sitting in my room making jewelry to debuting a collection at Miami Swim Week and this is only the beginning.

The [ Sanxuary ] as a brand has a strong intentionality behind all we do. Spreading the message of self empowerment to the fullest degree. Our motto is “You Are The Sanxuary”.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
If I had to pick 3 qualities that have been most impactful to my journey – I’d choose my Boldness, Tenacity & Empathy.

When looking to live boldly, honestly you’ve got to be a little unhinged in my opinion – something like a risk taker. Not afraid of being looked at or even doing stuff when you’re scared.

My tenacity was instilled in me from a young age – I come from an incredible line of women, watching them never give up, no mater what was thrown at them.

My advice to develop tenacity would be to envision yourself at 90, not going for everything you wanted, would you be happy? If not, go for it and don’t stop.

I don’t know a life without empathy, it comes super natural to me to think of others as I would myself. Eager to help those in need, even if I myself, is in need – not sure where that comes from but people really appreciate it, being seen.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
My parents taught me to stand on my own two feet. At the time, I didn’t understand but now I thank them for it.
