Constanza , so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
I’ve consistently maintained a positive mindset. Each day, I approach life with the belief that my efforts will yield positive outcomes. Even in moments of failure, I view them as valuable lessons, focusing on the positives. The key lies in controlling your thoughts—emphasizing the positive ones to navigate through life’s challenges. Motivating myself, cultivating a positive environment, and promoting well-being are integral to my daily routine. I advocate for self-reflection and fostering a positive internal dialogue for personal growth.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Currently I am dedicated to doing manicures and pedicures, personalized nail design, I really like to draw, make decorations, everything that has to do with crafts or art catches my attention. I am in a business that we opened in January 2023 with my friend and partner Mariana Londono, which is a nail salon located at 1430 Madruga av, suite 8, coral gables Miami Florida. We created this space to provide a private, unique service, where they find a moment to relax, enjoy themselves, talk, make them feel beautiful, have positive energy, laugh, raise their self-esteem, both women and men, many clients tell me that Getting your nails done is the best therapy. I want my business to continue growing, I want to learn a lot, and then teach more people who have the desire to work in this profession. I would like to give personalized private classes to manicurists who want to perfect their technique.
I want to have work recognition, for people to value the work, for them to learn to differentiate when working with good products, in my case I use vegan products free from animal testing. We must also educate and inform clients about the services we provide, the difference in quality and better results.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Perseverance, discipline and Faith.
My skills have always been there (as a child), but they developed more deeply the moment I became pregnant and gave birth to my son in July 2022. I have always been a very hardworking woman but when I create life everything changes, I have a son who depends on me. That gives me strength every day to move forward, you have to be persistent, have a lot of discipline, be constant and give it your all. Many clients went through this process with me, I felt very supported because they remained firm in my business, they did not abandon me when it was often difficult for me to make appointments or I could not attend them, the support of my partner and friends has been fundamental for me throughout this process. family is everything.
If you want to start doing something that you like or are passionate about, do it, there are no excuses for emerging, there are no excuses for success, focus on your personal life, save, surround yourself with people who have goals and dreams, believe in yourself, the Mind power is everything, manifest what you want and you will attract it.
