Meet Craig Goldberg

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Craig Goldberg. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Craig below.

Hi Craig, so happy to have you on the platform and I think our readers are in for a treat because you’ve got such an interesting story and so much insight and wisdom. So, let’s start with a topic that is relevant to everyone, regardless of industry etc. What do you do for self-care and how has it impacted you?
There is nothing more important than self-care. An interesting quote by my friend Andrew Reed illustrates this perfectly: “Serve others from your saucer.” We’re all familiar with the analogy that your cup has to be overflowing before you can help others. Picture a teacup on a saucer. The teacup needs to overflow into the saucer, and it’s from this overflow that we serve others. This visual beautifully outlines the importance of self-care. I adhere to what I call the “10 pillars of health,” which guide my self-care routine:
Prioritizing Rest and Sleep: Ensuring adequate rest and sleep is fundamental for physical health, cognitive function, and emotional stability.
Exposure to real Sunlight: Sunlight boosts vitamin D levels, which is essential for mood regulation and overall health.
Grounding: Spending time barefoot on natural surfaces, like grass or sand, helps to reduce stress and improve sleep by balancing the body’s natural energies.
Drinking Clean Water: Staying hydrated with pure water is crucial for all bodily functions, from digestion to cognitive performance.
Eating Natural Foods: Consuming whole, unprocessed foods fuels my body with the necessary nutrients and helps maintain optimal health.
Meditating: Regular meditation practice enhances mindfulness, reduces stress, and improves emotional well-being.
Engaging in Zone 2 Cardio: Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, like brisk walking or cycling, strengthens the heart and increases endurance without overexertion.
Practicing Hot and Cold Therapy: Alternating between hot and cold treatments, such as saunas and cold showers, boosts circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and enhances recovery.
Spending Quality Time with Family and Friends: Building and maintaining strong relationships provides emotional support and contributes to a sense of belonging and happiness.
Ensuring Personal Mental Downtime: Taking time for myself to relax and unwind is essential for mental clarity and reducing burnout.
The impact of these self-care practices on my effectiveness has been profound. By prioritizing these pillars, I ensure that I am at my best physically, mentally, and emotionally. This, in turn, enhances my productivity, creativity, and resilience. When I take care of myself, I have more energy, focus, and patience to handle my responsibilities and to support others effectively. In essence, the better I take care of myself, the better I can take care of everything else that I need to manage. This holistic approach to self-care not only benefits me but also positively influences those around me.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
At inHarmony, we offer sound and vibration experiences aimed at promoting relaxation and well-being for you and your clients. These innovative methods use sound and vibrations to promote relaxation and assist with stress relief, aiming to enhance overall well-being. What I find most exciting and special about our work is the profound impact it has on people’s lives, and how our message of wellness and harmony is reaching a diverse and widespread audience. One quote that continually inspires me comes from Nikola Tesla: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” This quote encapsulates the essence of what we do at inHarmony. Vibration is a fundamental aspect of the universe, and harnessing it for therapeutic purposes is both powerful and transformative.
In collaboration with my business partner, Dominic Carnivale, we’ve built the inHarmony community—a group of like-minded individuals dedicated to optimizing human performance through sound and vibration. Our tech-assisted meditation furniture, including the inHarmony Sound Lounge 2, inHarmony Massage Table, inHarmony Practitioner 2, and inHarmony Meditation Cushion, delivers immersive music meditations designed to induce deep relaxation and mental clarity.
I love sharing our work with people and seeing their reactions. When I explain what we do and how it works, people often nod in understanding, even if they were initially unfamiliar with the concept. Despite the complexity of the technology and business model behind our products, the acceptance and simplicity of our approach make it accessible and intuitive. It’s incredibly fulfilling to introduce something new and see it resonate so deeply with others.
Additionally, our affiliate program is growing rapidly. This program empowers individuals to join us in spreading the word and making a positive impact in their own communities. By partnering with like-minded individuals and organizations, we’re able to extend our reach and help more people discover the benefits of vibration therapy.
Our mission is to revolutionize America’s approach to mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through innovative technology and holistic practices. We’re committed to helping individuals say goodbye to a distracted mind and hello to a relaxed existence.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, I believe there are three skills that have been most impactful. If you asked 100 people what defines my effectiveness, they would likely highlight my aptitude for public speaking, my ability to simplify complex concepts for broader understanding, and my background in communication and psychology. Public speaking has been a cornerstone of my journey. I can’t stress enough the importance of honing this skill. One fantastic resource I recommend is joining a Toastmasters chapter. Through weekly attendance and participation, you can refine impromptu speaking, prepare speeches, and work toward becoming a competent communicator.
Simplifying complex ideas is another crucial skill. It takes practice and patience to break down intricate concepts into digestible information that resonates with diverse audiences. Consistent practice and explaining your ideas to various groups are key to mastering this skill.
My education in communication and psychology has also been invaluable. Understanding human behavior and how to effectively communicate with others has greatly contributed to my leadership abilities and company management.
Never underestimate the power of practice and repetition. Get comfortable in front of the camera, work on your speaking skills, and consider going live regularly to engage with your audience. Personally, I’ve been doing weekly live sessions on our YouTube channel since September 2021, and the progress I’ve seen is remarkable. It’s a journey worth embarking on, and the growth you’ll experience is truly rewarding.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
When I feel overwhelmed, which happens quite often, I have a go-to strategy to help me regain my balance. One of the first things I do is make sure to access our inHarmony Meditation Furniture regularly. Throughout the workday, I make sure to take breaks and give myself time to reset. I often find myself utilizing our inHarmony meditation furniture, allowing the vibrations and soothing music to help regulate my stress levels and promote relaxation. These breaks are crucial for maintaining my focus and productivity, ensuring that I can tackle tasks with a clear mind and renewed energy. Another daily habit I have is listening to our specially designed, original Music Meditations on our inHarmony Music Meditations App or the extended music meditations we put out on our YouTube Channel. For example, at this moment, I’m streaming “Unlock Your Voice & Intuition,” an extended music meditation, through my Sonos sound system at home.
A practical example of how I implement this strategy is when I find myself navigating through a crowded airport. In the past, this environment would trigger significant anxiety for me. Now, I have a solution. I put in my AirPods, switch to transparency mode, and listen to our extended music meditations, such as the root or solar plexus Extended Music Mediations. This helps me to stay grounded and calm amidst the chaos of the airport.
This holistic approach to managing stress has been incredibly effective for me, allowing me to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and resilience.
