Meet Danicia Tate

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Danicia Tate. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Danicia , so happy you were able to devote some time to sharing your thoughts and wisdom with our community. So, we’ve always admired how you have seemingly never let nay-sayers or haters keep you down. Can you talk to us about how to persist despite the negative energy that so often is thrown at folks trying to do something special with their lives?
Despite the haters and nag-sayers I am a very resilient individual. Raised by an even more powerful person.

My siblings and I had an incredibly unique upbringing. Preparing us for the adversities of life.

So you see, I was created for this. It was instilled in me to overcome.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Things are expanding for the book series and my writing.

We’ve branched out from just books to school supplies, games you can download via the Apple and Play store as well as custom apparel.

Becoming more focused and locking into my craft, my writing itself has improved. I now have published episodes on Amazon via Vella Stories.

Everything tells a story and because I am a writer- I am also an artist.

The fact that I can upload my artwork and people will see it instantly, that’s a blessing.

Especially considering the fact that there was a time when artist didn’t get recognition until after their death.

It really does excite me to share my work, that has motivated me to enhance both my writing and artistic skills.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
“EBG” a credo embedded by my own bloodline.

“Expect Nothing, Blame No One, Get the Job Done!”

From my great-great grandparents on down this family has been educated on the importance of hard work and dedication. I strive to give nothing but the best to receive the highest possible outcome.

Our family’s philosophy and the many successful endeavors held by past generations are very impactful qualities on my journey.

The best way to develop your journey early on is to have tunnel vision. Don’t lose sight of what your dreams are and what you want to accomplish.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I am excited and looking forward to collaborating with folks. Those who are artistic in any way.

Doesn’t matter the specific art or skill they have- painters, writers, drawing directors, fashion designers, chemists, etc… As long as they have creative appeal.
