Debrika, first a big thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and insights with us today. I’m sure many of our readers will benefit from your wisdom, and one of the areas where we think your insight might be most helpful is related to imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is holding so many people back from reaching their true and highest potential and so we’d love to hear about your journey and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
One of the things that I had to do was to tell myself that I am worthy and super talented. I think about my many talents and accomplishments. I have worked very hard over the years and deserve to be where I am. Besides more people deal with the imposter syndrome than we think.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am an actress, well, more so of an entertainer. I love to bring words to life. I am currently exploring other things such as singing and dancing. I am always seeking new opportunities. There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
My passion for acting, willing to learn and my love for people. I am always willing to learn new ways and I accept constructive criticism. I love to encourage and inspire people to be the best at whatever they set their hearts to do. Always being the student will help you grow and become great!

Yes all the time!! Comedians, Singers, Musicians, other actors/actresses, writers, YouTubers, hairstylists, makeup artists, photographers……and the list goes on and on.
