Hi Dianna, great to have you with us today and excited to have you share your wisdom with our readers. Over the years, after speaking with countless do-ers, makers, builders, entrepreneurs, artists and more we’ve noticed that the ability to take risks is central to almost all stories of triumph and so we’re really interested in hearing about your journey with risk and how you developed your risk-taking ability.
Covid was the biggest enforcement I had to put in the effort to get going on what I really wanted. I seen the people in the hospital where I work at the time just passing away by the minutes and I just thought, what is it that you want and could be happy doing it. That’s how I found my answer
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My primary focus is community based, coffee shop where people can relax, laugh, talk or read a book.
I focus on being more than a coffee shop, sometimes I feel like it’s because I have too because coffee isn’t enough to grab the community attention but also it’s something I like doing ( community events)
I host events serval times throughout the year especially during the holidays
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Find yourself a mentor in the same area or very similar. Look for people or a person that can guide you in your challenged areas. Learn to trust yourself, communicate with your spouse or partner. Build the community and network with others.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
Two Cups is looking for the person or people who loves the vibe of a coffee shop the smell, the textures, the art, the music and mostly the coffee
