We were lucky to catch up with Dj ReRe recently and have shared our conversation below.

Dj , thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
It’s a rare breed who is generous and compassionate. But I refuse to let that change me and I’m not one to give up on humanity. I will continue to treat others with kindness and respect, even if it’s not reciprocated

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
A bubbly personality and a relatable vibe. People are drawn to DJ ReRe because of the vibes she brings. She’s always up for a good time and loves to make people laugh. She’s also very relatable, and her sets are always a mix of popular hits and underground gems that everyone can enjoy. A wide range of experience. DJ ReRe has been DJing for over 15 years, and she’s played all over the world. She has a deep understanding of music and knows how to read a crowd. She’s also a great MC, and she’s always able to keep the energy high.
A commitment to quality. DJ ReRe is always looking for ways to improve her craft. She’s constantly studying new music and learning new techniques. She’s also always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy.

She has created a team of experts. REmixed Events is a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about creating unforgettable events. Mainly female Djs, They have a deep understanding of the industry and know how to make sure every detail is taken care of.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
She’s a local Miami woman with a global reach and mindset. She’s a Black woman in a male-dominated and low-key discriminatory industry.
She’s a great MC and host and makes those around her feel comfortable and welcomed.

What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
To prove that women can be trusted to work just as hard, if not harder, than their male counterparts. As a Black woman in this OPEN FORMAT DJ field, I can be accepted and many after me will be accepted for our skills and talents, and personalities. I will continue to show and prove that I deserve more and I will get it!
