Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Eddie with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
From my parents, who never complained and provided everything we needed growing up. Their strong work ethic, taught me the importance of never giving up and discipline. Working several jobs in order to provide has left a tremendous impression on what it takes to succeed.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am the owner and operator of Classic21 Bartending Services. We provide next level bar service, with exceptional attention to detail. Being able to provide amazing and delicious cocktails for birthdays, weddings, engagements, and corporate functions are the most exciting part of running a bartending service. It is not all about pouring/making a cocktail, more importantly it is the service provided. Building a strong rapport and personalization sets Classic21 apart.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
My journey has taught me a lot about the business. The greatest and most knowledge I have gained has been connecting and communicating with other vendors. Listening to their journey and trading ideas has been the most impactful. Anyone starting their journey, should always remember to stay positive and keep moving forward. You will fail and struggle, but I promise you will gain so much from each experience.

How to keep growing my business without scarifying quality. It is also extremely difficult to find and rely on individuals who reliable.
