We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eduardo Donawa a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Eduardo, we are so deeply grateful to you for opening up about your journey with mental health in the hops that it can help someone who might be going through something similar. Can you talk to us about your mental health journey and how you overcame or persisted despite any issues? For readers, please note this is not medical advice, we are not doctors, you should always consult professionals for advice and that this is merely one person sharing their story and experience.
I don’t know how to quit, I’ve consistently reinvented my self through the multiple stages of my life. If I fell nine times I got up 10. Where I’m from life is hard so you have to be mentally tough. I find ways to relax in my spare time or down time. Alot of my ideas come to me when I’m alone so I self care by having my own space to think and create as needed. Therapeutic approach can let the creativity flow so that’s key with in my work ethic.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
I’d say get a mentor, allow yourself time to grow with your skills and knowledge meaning yes take a break if your frustrated but let the information digest and come back better, and don’t expect anything for free go out and work to finance yourself as much as possible then people will look to help you. Nobody will help you if you don’t want to help yourself. That’s a waist of time effort and money.
As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
A good book I’ve read is “as a man thinketh’ there is more than one way to solve a problem thinking is a strategy method learn ways to think and tackle your issues with right angle or point of view…that’s all
