Eli , so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
My optimism comes from so many places but most importantly it comes from the Most High God. Optimism is described as confidence of the future . I never allow myself to think so far ahead because I can’t predict the future but I also never allow my thoughts to be stagnant if that makes sense.

My optimism comes from the present when you consistently give your best every day, the future is not a deep thought but a ‘when’ waiting to unfold.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
If yall don’t know by now, I’m known as Rilla (RXLLA). I’m an Entrepreneur, Podcast Host, Herbalist , & Man First. I proudly contribute to Gates Seven Studio alongside Sir Gates. The studio is gearing up for a full-throttle launch, anticipating impressive numbers. The Gorilla’s Den Herb Shop is also set for a relaunch, featuring new products and branding. Open to collaborations with creatives and entrepreneurs, my aim is continually progress each year.

And most importantly, I’m just focused on being a better man everyday & being an agent of light for my people whatever that looks like.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back & even now , I believe spirituality, authenticity, a strong work ethic, and being present were & is still pivotal in my journey. My advice for those embarking on their path is to nurture a deep sense of spirituality—simply put, brother and sister, talk to God. Remember, you or the situation don’t have to be perfect; just build that relationship with Him. When you’re having a good year spiritually, you’re having a great year in the physical world. Embrace authenticity to build genuine connections, and cultivate a relentless work ethic to turn aspirations into achievable achievements.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
I’m in the process of revamping and rebranding The Gorilla’s Den Herb Shop. Currently, I’m actively building a team and seeking capital to elevate the business to new heights. I’m on the lookout for secret donors, private investors, and mutual partnerships with other brands and entities to accomplish this mission.
