Meet Estee Schuster

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Estee Schuster . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Estee , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
From my mom, she’s a hardworking person. And I see that since when I wast a kid she raised me good and my brother and sister and she help a lot also to my relatives.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m more comfortable because of my experience in Mankato by doing Weddings, Prom, Photoshoot, etc. I’m Excited doing makeup because I meet new people and they love what the results are.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
I go by the 3D dedication, determination, and driven, I am continuing to learn with my costumers.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
This area where I live there is lots of competition. With my perseverance and my 3D’s I believe I can compete with the surrounding area…
