When you hit the bottom few times, there is no where else to go except up. Always be optimistic, hopeful that hard work will pay off.

We were lucky to catch up with Faye Cullina recently and have shared our conversation below.
Faye, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Most brands produce products for customers that they will never see or know. Their approach is impersonal and they care solely about single moment of beauty in mind.
Not so for Orjanic.
Because the founder is a stylist, she has seen the same clients for years (sometimes decades) and during that time, she has witnessed how their skin and hair have changed with age.
We believe that true beauty is found through a long-term, healthful approach to self-care. Health matters to us. We obsess over ingredients and the meticulous selection of them, their sourcing, and sustainability. We listen to our clients and consider their diverse needs and perspectives to fuel everything we do. It’s in our nature to put nature first; the natural beauty of your skin deserves the the best and so does the planet.
That’s why the Orjanic perspective isn’t focused on the short-term benefit of a beauty product. We know better. Looking beautiful for a snapshot in time is not enough. Inner and outer beauty should be enduring and with Orjanic, it can be. .

Faye, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a master hair colorist since 1994, I have earned a coveted spot as a professional stylist for the internationally renowned Fashion Week for three consecutive years. Worked on Tv shows and movies and I have A+ Celebrities as clients but the most important and the proudest of all I have done is to create my Orjanic Hair Spa Products. “For years, consumers have blindly trusted personal care brands to responsibly choose formulations that have their best interests in mind.
But many leading brands have prioritized profits over protecting the health and well-being of their customers..
That’s why I created Orjanic. My products contain only ingredients that are thoroughly researched and designed to enhance wellness, promote healthy hair & skin, and complement the body’s chemistry.”
I believe no one should compromise their health by using beauty products with bad chemicals . Organic and Clean products should not be only for rich. Orjanic products are multi-purpose, uni-sex, uni-age, Plant-based. It is for the whole family and it is reasonably priced so everyone can afford it.
The other passion of mine that is really close to my heart is to save abuse, homeless animals. I currently donate to four different animal protection groups and I am hoping to do more as my business gets bigger.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The 3 most important Qualities that I have learned in my Journey. How to save money, but at the same time be giving and be generous to others in need. Bring positive energy to any circumstances.
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The most impactful, incredible thing that my parents did for me, was to move us to United States for education.
