Meet Gadrien Williams

We recently connected with Gadrien Williams and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Gadrien, so happy to have you on the platform and I think our readers are in for a treat because you’ve got such an interesting story and so much insight and wisdom. So, let’s start with a topic that is relevant to everyone, regardless of industry etc. What do you do for self-care and how has it impacted you?
Cooking eases my stress a lot also going outdoors and doing activities. I’ve learned that instead of stressing myself about things I can’t control to instead work on things that I can. Lately I’ve been working on myself meditating, praying and just making sure my mental health is balanced. Engaging in these different activities reduces life’s everyday tensions one may experience. Once my mind is freed from my mental chaos my creativity turns all the way up.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m here to spread light, I’m here to reveal untold truths and tell stories the world has been waiting for. My name is Gadrien Williams the CEO of G.H.E.T.T.O G.L.O.B.A.L Prodctions/Media. Everyone who knows me calls me Manny I was named after my grandfather Manny Williams, and I’m proud of that. My father once told me his dad (Manny) walked from Arkansas to Florida and back to Arkansas for a job. Now I don’t know if that story is true but I like to think that I carry the same resilience that my grandfather carried. My motivation in becoming a director and story teller is to inspire people to become anything that they want and no dream is to small or big to bring to life. I hope my efforts in spreading light reaches the darkest corners of the earth and then my job will be done.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Shutting up, listening and executing plans and ideas have been my biggest qualities. Never give up on yourself, give yourself grace and know that you got this. Frederick Douglas said there is no progress without struggle and I firmly believe that. Learn all you can, strategically create ideas that are geared to win. You may lose, you may stumble you may fall but I promise if you persevere and remain humble it will all make sense. I’m not where I want to be all the way now but can’t nobody stop or deter me from where I’m going.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?
The 48 Laws Of Power have played a very important role in my life. Reading that book opened me up to truths that I already knew that I never seen in written form. Plan all the way to the end is one of my favorite chapters. As I said before I’m big on strategy so that chapter speaks to my soul sort of speak. It’s a great book but like I said in the beginning if your street smart or have common sense than you will realize these things you already know. I use this law constantly so any endeavor I launch myself in its well planned out with enough room for manipulation in a good way.
