Hi Gloria , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
I got my work ethic from knowing that to reach my desired goals, working hard has to be a priority. Therefore, I strive for excellence and embrace quality over quantity while maintaining a good work-life balance routine and avoiding burnout.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am the owner and podcast host of The Unfiltered By G’Ade, and I genuinely enjoy immersing myself in educational conversations that inspire, motivate, and empower listeners. The podcast aims to reach a global scale where people can listen in their homes and have a chance to learn something new. I am excited about where God will take this podcast.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Resilience, Updating and Educating myself, and Self-Care are three of the areas that impacted my journey.

For folks who have just started, remember the WHY when times get challenging. The why will help to push you closer to your desired goals while, ensuring you are taking care of yourself and maintain a positive mindset.
