Gwenivere , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Where do I get my residence from…. resilience presents itself in many different ways, at different times in our lives. Mine first started after a near fatal car crash in high school, where I learned first hand about never giving up and learning to rehab my damaged body. Resilence has been a steady theme throughout my life witnessing first hand how powerful it is! Life and career is a long game, a resilient game and one that requires you never give up.

Family plays a central role in Gwenivere’s life. Her husband Jeff, three children, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and cherished dogs, Zeus and Hunter, motivate her to succeed. Despite health challenges within the family, she remains dedicated to her clients and her philanthropic efforts. Her Sunday nights are often spent at home, preparing traditional Italian feasts passed down through generations with her loved ones.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three most impactful qualities in my journey are grit, follow up and consistency. The advice I have for folks who are just starting out is to one, find your sphere of people who support you, and two, get systems in place so you know what you are doing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?
The most helpful people in my journey for overcoming challenges are mentors in my field that aspire to grow and be like. I have developed a friendship and a working relationship with them so I can have them pour into me and I can pour that into others.
