Hi Harmoniah, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
Honestly, I’ve been working since I was 10 years old. I’ve naturally always had it installed in me to go hard or go home. When you truly think about it, no one wants to have to stay at home all the time. And even if you do, I’d most definitely want to be comfortable and living at my best. Therefore, I’ve always worked hard to accomplish great things and to also keep nice things flowing in my life. I want what’s best for myself and business, so I plan to continue putting in whatever is necessary to achieve all things possible.

Please tell our readers about what you do? I’d like the world and all my supporters to know I am a serial entrepreneur and versatile creative with great marketing, leadership, and sales abilities. I’ve worked in a few different industries, but my heart and passion is for entertainment. If you have a dream or something you’ve always wanted to do, go for it! The only thing truly holding you back is yourself. I wear many hats, but I love learning all aspects of the entertainment business. Currently, I am a professional Lash Tech in Atlanta, I perform, engineer, compose, produce, handle all web design graphics, do marketing for my business, and so much more.

What’s most exciting for me is the overall journey and seeing my growth at different milestones. Also, being able to have relationships with super talented individuals, powerful companies, and being in certain rooms I’ve worked hard to be invited into.

My first published music single went viral on TikTok with over 500k listens and is doing really well on all streaming platforms. Please check it out in your free time “Lost In You” by Harmoniah. I’ll be releasing my second single under my very own company, Harmless Entertainment. The song title is “Im In My Zone”. I’m really excited to continue sharing my creative abilities with the world, especially in the rock genre. Not only that, but I look forward to learning, staying consistent and humble as I continue to grow and achieve greatness.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Having self-confidence has also been major for me. I’ve always trusted my abilities, qualities, and judgment throughout life thus far. Even through some obstacles or hard times, I’ve still maintained good control over my life and that’s a great feeling. I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses as well, and have a positive view of myself. I’ve always strived to be a leader. At a very young age, I realized the asset I could be with the ability as an individual to lead, influence, and guide others, teams, and an entire organization. All which I’ve done successfully for many years. Furthermore, having tenacity for sure represents me. I’m very determined, and I never plan to quit anything. I start and finish strong until I reach the goal I’ve set.
My advice for other folks is “do what you love, and truly LOVE what you do”, then you will always succeed. Invest in yourself and continue to learn all things possible in the field you are in. All things are possible if you never give up and continue to find a way, even through roadblocks.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’m looking forward to getting more active within the overall entertainment community. Which means building connections with program directors, publicists, talking to more journalists, working with new producers, meeting fan supporters and so much more. I am a deep lyricist and enjoy writing that can fit into many different genres. Therefore, I wouldn’t mind writing for others as well. I’d also be willing to collaborate with bands that have similar styles to my niche. I would truly love the opportunity to work with legendary producer Zaytoven and also a global influential company such as ” GenerationNOW ” .
