We caught up with the brilliant and insightful HNL BabyK a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
HNL, so glad you were able to set aside some time for us today. We’ve always admired not just your journey and success, but also the seemingly high levels of self-discipline that you seem to have mastered and so maybe we can start by chatting about how you developed it or where it comes from?
For me self discipline come from life, going through the negatives and positives understanding who you are and from there it’s self discipline you’ll understand your journey
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m HNLBabyK, Music producer, from Augusta Ga. Growing up living a blind dream unfolded when i entered college and after dropping out. Never had that real life feeling but only going off to school to feel life on a different level just living the real life made my journey pretty interesting but I want sit back for a little while and build a connection with myself and also others.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Learning excuses are the tools of the week, always do you, and stay consistent through the storm them the most impactful just will tell people to keep having faith we all have a mission and only way you’ll see it is if you stay focus and stay consistent in whatever you do.
If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?
Staying out of trouble is keeping me in a place of chains that’s hard to break if I could finish every trial and leave would be the great to me.
