Meet Hritik Mehta

We recently connected with Hritik Mehta and have shared our conversation below.

Hritik, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
Great question! I don’t think I completely have even now, but I guess I have learned to live and deal with it. At the start of every new creative endeavor, there is always that inner voice saying “You have no idea what you’re doing”, “Everything that you have done up until now was just a fluke”, and I guess every artist in some way suffers from this inner voice, but, have got to resist and fight back that voice and keep going. You will see a spark, a glimmer of light at the end of it. And then you go through the entire process all over again.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Hi, I’m Hritik Mehta, a filmmaker driven by a deep passion for visual storytelling that sparks emotion and challenges perspectives. I’m the founder of Sinema Inc., a production company where we believe storytelling is more than just entertainment—it’s a powerful way to connect, inspire, and transform.

At Sinema Inc., our vision is to create content that’s bold, thought-provoking, and visually stunning. We’re not just about making videos; we’re about crafting experiences that linger in the mind. Our mission is to collaborate with brands and artists who share our passion for impactful storytelling. We specialize in commercials and music videos and will soon delve into feature films that challenge perspectives and evoke change.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, three qualities have been pivotal in my journey: curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration. Curiosity has been my guiding force, driving me to explore new ideas, techniques, and perspectives—growth often comes from asking questions and seeking inspiration in unexpected places. Adaptability has been equally vital; filmmaking is full of challenges, and learning to embrace the unexpected has often led to my most creative solutions. Lastly, collaboration has taught me the value of working with passionate, talented individuals and the importance of listening, sharing ideas, and trusting the team. For those starting out, my advice is to stay curious, embrace the unexpected, and work well with others, you’ll not only grow but also have a lot more fun along the way.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I’m always looking to partner with passionate and creative individuals who share a love for storytelling and a bold vision. At Sinema Inc., we thrive on collaboration, whether it’s with brands, artists, or fellow filmmakers; to create content that’s engaging, impactful, and unique.

I’d love to work with people who are open-minded, innovative, and unafraid to push boundaries. Whether you’re a brand looking to craft a standout campaign, a musician seeking a visually striking music video, or a fellow creative with a story to tell, let’s join forces and make something extraordinary.

If this resonates with you, feel free to connect with me on Instagram, LinkedIn, or reach out through my website. Let’s tell your story in a way that truly stands out!
