We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Irina Sergeeva. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Irina below.
Hi Irina , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Growing up in small town in Siberia, Russia, I lacked self-confidence due to a strict upbringing. In my 20s, I sought fulfillment through travel and partying. Enrolling at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) exposed me to high society rules. Notable MGIMO alumni include: Sergei Lavrov, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Irina Bokova, former General Director of UNESCO, billionaires Alisher Usmanov, Vladimir Potanin and etc.I learned how to effortlessly navigate in any social circle or situation
Corruption in Russia led me to the USA, where I had to adapt to a new culture , having no connections or financial support. Later on attending social events in American high society exposed me to the concept of quiet luxury and old money.
To improve my self-esteem, I invested in becoming a certified Modeling expert, Personal brand maker, Elegance expert, and Vogue Club Member. And I’m excited to continue my leveling up journey by participating in the Miss Fashion Global Competition was postponed until 2024:
I’m thrilled to enhance my journey of personal growth by taking part in the Magnifique Winter Showcase on December 9, 2023. This event, hosted by the renowned Victoria Henley, known for her appearance on cycle 19 of America’s Next Top Model in 2012, hosted by Tyra Lynne Banks, a face of CoverGirl and Victoria’s Secret. It absolutely promises to be an exciting leveling up opportunity and adds a touch of glamour to the occasion.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
My journey has been a blend of formal education and 15 years of trial and error, culminating in a profound discovery. What excites me the most about this path is how it simplifies the art of image transformation.
My transformative leap into the world of Vogue Club and prestigious online schools, like Marina Mogilko’s “MMarketing” and Elina Fedorova’s “Modeling School” in the USA, certified me as a specialist in personal brand development, self-esteem, fashion, and more. I founded a French Perfumery House and Paris Fashion USA Shop, driven by my belief in continuous growth and self-improvement.
My passion for noble personal development inspired me to create the YouTube channel “IrinaSergeevaOfficial,” where I share insights on cultivating inner confidence, attracting Mr.Right, embracing unique feminine qualities, and crafting an aspirational lifestyle in alignment with one’s values and goals.
Exciting news: I’m launching a 5-module course, “Elite Woman Secrets,” where you can learn to see the future with hope and clarity, be the author of your own elegant destiny and take far beyond your current circumstances. navigate risks while pursuing your dreams and look, behave and feel as an elite woman even during setbacks. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Reflecting on my journey, the three most impactful elements were continuous learning through formal education and self-study. adaptability, and networking skills. As for advice, I’d like to add, “Nothing is impossible. The word itself says ‘I’m possible.’- Audrey Hepburn. Embrace this mantra, keep learning, adapt to change, and build a strong network of mentors and peers for support and guidance.
We’ve all got limited resources, time, energy, focus etc – so if you had to choose between going all in on your strengths or working on areas where you aren’t as strong, what would you choose?
No matter who you have been or what you have done in the past, I believe it’s important to strike a balance between going all in on our strengths and working on areas where we may not be as strong.
Focusing on strengths is crucial because it allows us to excel in areas where we have a natural talent and passion. This is where we often find our true calling and can make the most significant impact.
However, neglecting weaknesses completely can limit our overall growth. I’ve learned this through my leveling up journey. While I emphasized my strengths in image transformation and personal development, I also recognized that there were areas I needed to improve, such as adaptability quiet power of confidence, positive impression on listeners, develop calm and efective techniques and networking. So, I invested effort in those weaker areas, which enhanced my ability to navigate new challenges and build a robust network.
In essence, being well-rounded provides a more solid foundation and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. It’s about capitalizing on your strengths while not letting your weaknesses hold you back.
