Hi Jamie, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I try to stay positive. When I was growing up, it was tough dealing with negative thoughts. Going outside helped me see things more clearly.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m a freelance photographer in Houston, TX. Over time, I’ve collaborated with people in the area to bring their visions to reality. Recently, I’ve developed a desire to connect with my community and share their stories. I’m currently immersed in a project that I can’t wait to share with the public – it’s truly thrilling.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I think it’s very important to have these four qualities which are great communication skills, continuous learning, patience, and attention to detail. My advice is to just be consistent and never be afraid to not know. Everyday is a chance to get back up again and learn something new!

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
I’m navigating through a bout of imposter syndrome right now. Unsure of my direction, I find daily inspiration from platforms like Tumblr and Pinterest, reigniting my passion. It’s essential to step back occasionally, regroup, and not get too absorbed in one place. Remember, always reach for the stars.
