Hi Jasmine , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethic developed from my upbringing. Growing up living house to house with no stability and even as an early adult, I knew I had to provide a life for my children that I never had experienced. Providing things I never had not only in a physical form, but emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and psychologically. My parents divorced when my siblings and I were young. So we were raised by both parents families. I vowed that when I created my own family to work so they wouldn’t have too. But instead instill in them love, grace, stability and GOD. Gracefully, my grandmother was the woman who introduced me to God.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Our business is unique because we provide phenomenal media services including effective public relations, marketing, brand representation, client retention, social media marketing, and business plan startups. Our goals are to help clients attract more leads and turn them into customers that generate revenue. It is our great pleasure and gratitude to create marketing campaigns for businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups to reach their targeted markets. Brand startups and expansion are our firm’s Public Relations Specialty.

We have been going above and beyond and sometimes overworked to meet the needs of the community. What sets us aside from other marketing firms is that we take passion in our work. We are honored to be a service to others. The best medicine in life is laughter. Some may forget your name, the way you look, and even your conversations, but they will always remember how you made them feel. We take pride in making you feel your very best.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities I have learned as a human as a whole is forgiveness, patience and love. These are the most impactful parts of my journey because in everything we do, we must do it with love. Forgive not only for others, but for yourself. In order to prosper in anything we must learn that everyone will disappoint us at some point, but they are still worthy of our love even when we run out of patience. Some people are placed in our lives to teach us lessons. My advice would be for you to have patience with LIFE. Not just with people or the things you desire, but with yourself as well.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
The beginning of this year has placed a hole in my heart, my father James “Jimmy Jam” Sykes passed away on January 27, 2024 peacefully of natural causes in his sleep. Just ten days before his birthday. Jimmy Jam took his “Last Ride” on earth with us on his birthday February 7th, 2024 in Milwaukee, WI. This book and everything after will be a dedication to the man who produced me. I am so grateful to have had my father. I totally understand parenthood even more now.

My dad was my heartbeat and my inspiration. Still is. Despite the lifestyle he had chose to live, he still instilled the gift of LOVE in me.
