Jerzie , we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?
I got my generous nature from my parents. Despite being their only child, they raised me to be generous towards others. They taught me to be kind, and while I may not be a perfect person, they raised me to be a decent individual, acknowledging the imperfections that come with being human and emphasizing continuous personal growth.

Hello, readers! I’m Jerzie, a passionate Licensed Esthetician and Certified Lash Artist with a heart divided between Virginia Beach, New Orleans, and currently, Fort Worth. I’m also a boy mom and wife; they’re the reason I keep going, even though sometimes it’s hard. My journey of nearly 4 years in the beauty industry has been dedicated to mastering the art of enhancing natural beauty.
What sets my work apart is the commitment to creating a radiant, glass-like glow for a healthy and dewy appearance. I understand the significance of self-care within budget constraints, offering excellent services at affordable prices.
As a lash artist, I find joy in crafting captivating lash styles tailored to make your eyes pop. Whether you prefer a subtle or authentic look, my meticulous approach ensures a customized experience for various eye shapes.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
In my journey as a licensed esthetician and lash artist, three things that significantly influenced my success are meticulous attention to detail, effective client communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. The precision developed through attention to detail enhances the quality of my work, while strong client relationships are built on clear communication and trust. Embracing a mindset of continuous learning has been essential to staying current in this evolving industry. To those starting their journey, my advice is to focus on developing these qualities, refining techniques, nurturing client relationships, and embracing a growth mindset to navigate challenges as opportunities for improvement and advancement.
