Jessie , we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Throughout my life I was taught to rely on God that was not easy living in the world that we live in today. With more distractions from self-destruction than anything in the world relying on God is depending on everything that’s good responding to everything with a good answer and attending things with a good attention.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Everybody it’s me Jesse V. The coolest Hebrew you will ever meet I am a pastor I’ve been pastoring for about 3 years I am a artist music artist that is I’ve been doing that for my whole life that turned into me becoming a CEO and having other artists of under me

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The most impactful skill is I’m a leader that follow only facts and believe in the Bible to guide my actions. The advice for the one who’s seeking the information I have is keep your mind out of and off the things that have no values or structure

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
The Bible has played the most important role in my life! The first scripture that help me was Mark 8:36
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
That made me think about all the things I was doing in the world that wasn’t of God.
