Meet Joseph Andrew

We recently connected with Joseph Andrew and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Joseph, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Hi, for me personally with my high tech creative projects, its always based on pushing technology to its limits with installations, programming, detail and hard work. It gives me lots of satisfaction to know I’m in a career path I enjoy greatly, gives me chills, unlimited pleasure. It doesn’t feel like work and me and my team love what we do.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I love exploring the technology we have with new programming, music, digital and abstract wall art. Feeling the intense pleasure of the environments we create are extremely immersive, breath taking. Its truly an addiction for me and my team / visitors.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Take Learning lessons from older entrepreneurs, Watch hours of interviews with career driven minds & the greats of all time. Learn from the mistakes others have made, don’t make them yourself, trust your GUT, its very important. Don’t let people give you false hope in order to use you. A friend today can be an enemy tomorrow, has happen several times in my journey, be careful of confidential information they can use against you.

In business people always want to butter you up so they can learn details about your situation in order to take advantage. Bad non genuine people are always looking out for themselves vs trying to grow together into something thats much more meaningful & beneficial to the group. This can cause major disruptions so get rid of people who don’t align with the culture of your business.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
I like to push the reset button by experiencing the environments I create, the movement, its meaning. This reminds me of why I’m working so hard. Find a goal with lots of purpose, No cookie cutter ideas, or in it just for the money ideas. This is not a great way to build an organic product or service, Creating the best product or service needs to be your top priority, pure passion.

Money is the side effect that will build naturally because of the dedication, innovation & hours your willing to put in over your competition.
