Justin , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
To find your true purpose in life you have to be fully connected to yourself, understanding who you are as a person, what your likes and dislikes are about people, time, and different environments. Knowing how to deal with life and the pitfalls it may present and, you have to tune in with our creator who already has written the story to gain a better understanding of who he created you to be and what area of life he wanted you to focus on improving. You’ll go through life doing different things, trying this career and that career searching for that one purpose. Your purpose is the one thing that keeps you up late at night thinking of ways to improve and expand it, the one thing that makes you get up in the morning and be the best version of yourself. Your purpose is wrapped around God and his initial plan for your life. So once you seek the Father and cherish yourself and not follow the direction of the world your true purpose in life will shine bright. I found my purpose though prayer, personal healing and seeing that I had a passion for life and the success of those around me. This lead me to social work, and community development programs and my heart gravitate towards young adults and our future generation of leaders.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My name is Justin Hall Executive Director, Board President, and Founder of New Nation Center and CEO of JDH Solutions. My experience is vast, from management in both retail and senior management to case management with clients who were at risk from all walks of life. Production experience from producing, production management, sound, and directing for both TV and music. Originally from Los Angeles, CA I’ve now been in the great state of Texas for about 10 years. Back in 2018, I saw that more was needed to see change among at-risk and low-income individuals to bring them out into a new season of life I saw what my purpose was in life.
I developed the New Nation Center with that in mind thinking outside the box and seeing the bigger problem and the bigger picture within our society. My mission is to transform the lives of youth and young adults by providing an atmosphere that is encapsulated with education, awareness, healing, and development We have a society of youth and young adults who are lost in direction and educated by social media the is full of lies and false hope.
New Nation Center offers individuals the opportunity to grow within their personal goals and gain or have a better understanding of their spiritual growth and how it moves the outcomes of life. New Nation Center offers several programs for those aged 10 years to 27 years old and services for all ages. We also have programs for those over 28 years old just in a different form. We are currently redeveloping our programs and location due to the COVID-19 outbreak that shut down our economy. Programs that will be offered are GED Prep and Testing, Tutoring Services, Business, Career Development, Entrepreneurship, Music Development / Film and TV Studio, Technology Studio, Sports / Fitness Program, and Transformation Men’s, and Women’s group. We are currently offering limiting services being we are community partners with Texas Health and Human Services and our youth sports league is currently actively preparing for the 2024 season. This year We are hosting our Gen Z Youth Conference and Back to School Event on August 2-3, 2024 in the city of Houston. This
event is being held for youth between the ages of 16 to 20 and we are expecting to have over 260 youth in attendance.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
There really wasn’t three that had a major impact, just one and that was people skills. You have to have a love for people and the desire to improve people’s lives through the services that you offer. When you think about it everything in life is about people and how you deal with people is how you gain or lose momentum in life. Being mean and hateful towards others won’t get you far, even when they have done you wrong you still have to treat people right and fair. Understanding that people have the ability to make you or break you if you allow them to. Learning how to deal with people and not allow them to affect your mood or allowing your emotions to make your life and business decisions. We are not all built the same nor live by the same basic principles, some people in life have developed defects that can lead them to being jealous, hateful, mean-spirited, and toxic towards others even when they don’t know you and don’t have a clear reason as to why they treat you wrong. You have to be able to rise above it all keeping a leveled and clear head, remembering your end goal without reciprocating that given energy back. If your having a bad day don’t transfer that negative energy to the next person, deal with your issues on your time and remember that in all areas of life no matter what your doing in life your here to serve others and doing it to the best of your abilities. If you want to live a purpose-driven life you have to remember that one rule do unto others as you would have them do unto you, the way you treat people will be a major factor in how successful you are in life.

We are currently looking for individuals in the film and production industry for our youth media program. NNC Studios will create and produce different media for both social media and streaming services in the form of movies, documentaries, mini-series, and much more.
