Meet Kareece St George

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kareece St George. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kareece, appreciate you making time for us and sharing your wisdom with the community. So many of us go through similar pain points throughout our journeys and so hearing about how others overcame obstacles can be helpful. One of those struggles is keeping creativity alive despite all the stresses, challenges and problems we might be dealing with. How do you keep your creativity alive?
For me, to keep my creativity alive, I like to think outside the box or should I say like there is no box. I believe in doing something different to stand out and grab one’s attention. People are drawn to the unique, something they have never seen before and I am the same way. I have always enjoyed being creative, it’s fun and intriguing!

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am most focused on my brand, increasing my knowledge and education and providing good service to those in need. I also enjoy doing community service in my city especially for our veterans. As a veteran myself, I want to reach out and assist as many veterans as I can as I love meeting new people. Many veterans need so many services and I want to make it my mission to show how much we appreciate their service to pur country.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three qualities that were most impactful in my journey, were time management, increasing education and more importantly, having patience. The advice that I would give on how to improve these qualities would be to take these seriously. These qualities can take you a long way in your career and goals that you may have. Time management is where you can show how confident and reliable you are.

Increasing your education, is very valuable because laws, standards of procedures and policies and procedures are always changing. In order to be successful, you must remain knowledgeable. The biggest quality that not many posess, is having patience. Having patience will open up many doors for you, that you never considered. I learned it is never wise to rush. Things will happen in due time.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most impactful thing was my discipline. I was not only spoiled as a child but I was taught strict discipline and for that I am forever grateful. The icing on the cake is the advice, I still receive as an adult. All this has certainly contributed to my success.
