Karene, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
Maintaining a positive outlook has been a lifelong choice for me. It’s like this consistent thread of positivity running through everything, helping me navigate challenges with resilience and optimism.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
In the realm of etiquette, “Etiquette Etiquette” is my professional venture. It’s not just a business; it’s a commitment to promoting refined social conduct. What excites me most is instilling the art of manners, creating a space where individuals and families can embrace the elegance of etiquette. As I navigate this journey, I enjoy offering a unique blend of tradition and modernity. Stay tuned for upcoming events and expansions as we cultivate a culture of grace and courtesy.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on my journey in the etiquette business, the three pivotal elements have been adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of social dynamics. My advice for those starting their journey is to cultivate adaptability, embrace the nuances of effective communication, and invest time in understanding the intricacies of social interactions. Developing these skills lays a strong foundation for navigating the diverse landscape of the etiquette profession.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
When overwhelmed, I find solace in structured breaks, allowing myself moments of reflection. Prioritizing tasks, delegating when possible, and seeking support are key strategies. Embracing a healthy work-life balance and maintaining perspective on long-term goals contribute to navigating challenges with resilience.
