Meet Kash Dior

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kash Dior . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kash, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from my family, it’s in our blood. We come from resilience, we come from strength, we’ve come a long way.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Yes, I would love too. For those of you who aren’t familiar with me, my name is Kash Dior and I am a  serial entrepreneur. In my business, I turn my passions into profits while also helping others achieve  their goals and experience financial freedom.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three of the most impactful things that have been a game changer in my growth and allowed me to  evolve over the years are being a student of life, being mindful of how and with whom I spend my  time, and staying consistent and true to myself.

What I would suggest to anyone who is starting their journey is to stay true to themselves and their  vision, even if no one else can see it.

When I was first starting out, I questioned myself every day. I felt as if I wasn’t doing enough and at  times I thought something was wrong with me. I would get jobs and quit. I never stayed in one place  for too long, and I used to pray to God and ask why. I wondered why I was so different. Why couldn’t  I work and keep a regular job like my grandmother and mother? But that wasn’t the path I was  meant to take.

I stayed true to my vision even when no one else saw it or believed in me, and in the end, it worked  out. Those who doubted me now respect me and my journey.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?
On days when I feel overwhelmed by all the things on my plate, I take a deep breath and repeat  positive affirmation as many times as needed to get relief from worry, anxiety, and fear. I remind  myself to focus on only what I can control and that I have survived every struggle I have  experienced thus far.

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that no matter what life has thrown at us, we are still  standing. You did not break and, on the contrary, you are most likely stronger, wiser, and better  because of the difficulties you faced and hard decisions you had to make. Embrace the journey.  Grow through what you’re going through. “This too shall pass” and greater is ahead for you.
