KaTrina, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Before the pandemic, I had just left my job of ten years and had my third child. While I knew I was going back to school, I wasn’t sure about the exact timing. During that time, I distinctly felt a void. It felt like a pressure building inside, urging me toward something greater. Then, it became clear that the bubbling sensation was PURPOSE, urging me to embrace it wholeheartedly. I decided things had to change. I told myself there must be more to life. I embraced this strong feeling inside of me and was determined to find my path. I let go of my preconceived ideas about purpose and took a deep look within myself. Through this process, I discovered that my main goal was to love and help others. But what did that look like for me? One day, a simple word, “teach,” caught my eye, triggering memories of childhood dreams and natural talents. Reflecting on my past, I recognized a pattern of encouragement, passion, teaching, and creativity. It dawned on me: that I was meant to teach, create, and motivate. My journey to purpose involved shifting my mindset, rediscovering my identity, identifying my passions, recognizing problems I wanted to solve, and acknowledging what moved me emotionally. I call it a “purpose journey” because I believe it’s not just one fixed thing. Our roles can change over time, evolving as we grow and face new experiences. Staying open to my call, alongside my relationship with God, seeking Him for clarity and direction has guided me to where I am today.

Sure, I’m KaTrina Littles, I’m a wife, a mom, a creative enthusiast, an encourager, a certified life coach, and a mentor. Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s degree in Elementary Education.
I am the visionary and CEO of His MasterPIECED LLC, a business and community dedicated to supporting women in rediscovering their identity so they can confidently pursue their purpose. Our mission is to empower women to become the walking Masterpieces in God’s Master Plan. As a Purpose PusHER, I encourage women to walk boldly and confidently, igniting their passion and pushing them into purpose.
As a Business Creative Coach, I provide gallery services that go beyond the ordinary. We specialize in transforming your business or project into a captivating work of art, uniquely crafted to captivate your audience and leave a lasting impression. What sets our gallery sessions apart is the artistic journey we begin together. It’s an opportunity to break free from the cookie-cutter approach and unleash your imagination. Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, several qualities have significantly impacted my journey. I prioritize being true to myself and maintaining honesty, genuineness, and transparency in all my interactions. By staying aligned with my values, beliefs, and goals, despite external pressures or expectations, I’ve built a solid foundation of trust within my relationships. Secondly, resilience has been essential. Throughout my journey, I’ve encountered setbacks, failures, and obstacles. I’ve learned to bounce back from adversity and persist, despite the temptation to quit, demonstrating resilience in overcoming challenges. Lastly, my super skill is being a creative thinker. I have the ability to offer fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and unique solutions. I approach situations with a new outlook, always thinking creatively and embracing experimentation and imagination
For those who are early in their journey, my advice is this:
Develop Authenticity and stay true to yourself. When you’re genuine, people will trust you and want to work with you. Authenticity is the foundation of strong relationships.
Build Resilience and know that setbacks are part of the journey. Each failure is an opportunity to learn and grow. Embrace challenges as stepping stones to success. Keep moving forward!
Cultivate Creative Thinking and don’t be afraid to think differently. Explore new ideas, even if they seem unconventional. Creativity can set you apart and lead to innovative solutions.
What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
In the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been my confidence. I’ve learned to trust my abilities more and approach new challenges with self-assurance. Rediscovering my identity brought a sense of freedom, the freedom to fully embrace myself. Through God’s reminders of my worth as His masterpiece, I began to believe in myself. This past year, I’ve embraced who I am. I’ve found my voice, embraced my innovative ideas, and become more confident in my overall being.
