We were lucky to catch up with Kayla Got The 411 recently and have shared our conversation below.

Kayla Got The 411, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I found my purpose once I became spiritually woke. Taking time out to know who is “Kayla”. It’s hard to know your purpose in life if you don’t know exactly who you are. Once I started learning about my natal chart in detail, also my life path number which is 3. Everything from when I was a child made since. Spending time alone without negative distractions. What I learned is creating makes me happy and brings me peace. It isn’t about the money, or being around celebrities. I just love to create.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am a media personality and content creator who goes by “Kayla Got The 411”. I started out blogging in 2016. I Kater turned the blog into a podcast in 2018 creating audio shows and have guest join me. January 2020 I created Kayla Got The 411 Talk Show. I turned my brand into a show doing interviews, pop culture news, and creative shows with a theme feature on my my segment, Whopping Wednesday. My show is featured on all major streaming platforms like YouTube, Spotify, ITunes.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
1. Authenticity. I feel I stand out because of my personality and how I carry myself. It is very important to be true to yourself. Faking a personality will become exhausting. Be yourself and accept the fact that everyone may not like you or your work. What matters is your integrity. 2. Professionalism, has been very impactful. I have always worked a job in corporate and held supervisor roles. I brought that skill into my brand. I handle myself professionally when it comes to business . Whether it is following up, confirming, drafting emails etc. Making sure everything is in order .
3. Faith, has helped me keep going even when I wanted to shut down my pages and get back to my personal life. The best advice I can give is to believe everything will be okay. It will get better you just have to train your brain to think better.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am looking for a team of creatives who truly love creating magic. From videographers, producers, photographers, makeup artists.. I want to collab more with like minded people who love art. I am entering the year 2023 with the mindset of building a team who believes in me and I can be there to help us all become more successful. The best place to reach me is [email protected]
