Kelsey , so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
In my youth, I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by business leadership, which played a significant role in shaping my passion for the field of real estate. The exposure to successful entrepreneurs, executives, and mentors allowed me to witness firsthand the incredible impact that business can have on individuals and society.
As I observed these influential figures, their dedication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills ignited a spark within me. I saw how they were able to create innovative solutions, build successful enterprises, and contribute to the overall growth of the economy. It fascinated me how they could turn ideas into reality and positively influence the lives of others.
Furthermore, the constant exposure to business leadership taught me valuable lessons about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of taking calculated risks. I witnessed both triumphs and failures, and it gave me a deeper understanding of the dynamic nature of entrepreneurship and the ever-evolving business landscape.
Through engaging conversations, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, I gradually developed a passion for business. I realized that it was not just about financial success but also about creating value, making a difference, and leaving a lasting legacy. I discovered that business is a powerful tool for driving innovation, impacting communities, and creating opportunities for growth and prosperity.
My passion for business grew as I pursued educational opportunities, networking events, and professional development activities. Today, my passion for real estate and land conservation serves as the foundation for my career and personal aspirations. It drives me to constantly seek new challenges, learn from the best, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. It motivates me to innovate, lead, and make a positive impact on others, whether it’s within my own organization, industry, or community.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My passion for real estate stems from many factors, including;
1. Land Ownership: Real estate involves the buying, selling, and ownership of land. By being involved in real estate, I have a direct connection to the land and its use. This can make one more aware of the importance of preserving natural resources and protecting the environment.
2. Land Conservation: Real estate professionals often work with developers, communities, and organizations to promote sustainable development and land conservation practices. This can include advocating for the protection of natural habitats, supporting conservation easements, or promoting responsible land use. My interest in land conservation has driven me to choose real estate projects that prioritize environmental sustainability.
3. Historical Significance: Native American history is often intertwined with the land. Studying real estate can provide insights into the historical context of how indigenous peoples interacted with and cared for the land. Understanding the cultural and historical significance of specific locations has given me a deeper appreciation for the importance of land conservation and preservation. By combining my interest in real estate with land conservation and Native American history, I have found opportunities to make a positive impact on the environment and cultural heritage. This has involved incorporating sustainable practices into my real estate projects and collaborating with indigenous communities to protect and preserve their ancestral lands.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, one of the most important skills I learned was undoubtedly public speaking and reaching outside of my comfort zone. This skill has truly transformed both my personal and professional growth. Public speaking has taught me how to effectively communicate and articulately express my ideas, enabling me to confidently share my thoughts and persuade others. It has pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone, challenging me to embrace new experiences and overcome any fears or insecurities I may have had. By actively seeking opportunities to speak in front of others, I have grown immensely, building my self-confidence, enhancing my communication skills, and expanding my network. This skill has become an invaluable asset, empowering me to inspire change, connect with others, and make a lasting impact in various aspects of my life.
Looking back, my interest in rare esoteric books fueled my imagination and opened my mind to new possibilities. These books provided unique knowledge and insights that sparked my curiosity for the unknown. As I delved deeper into their content, I began to see how this hidden wisdom could be applied for the betterment of humanity. This newfound perspective ignited a vision within me, driving me to contribute to a brighter future through the dissemination and utilization of this esoteric knowledge.
My advice for those just starting out in their career is to persevere and maintain a positive mindset through building self-confidence. By staying determined and not giving up in the face of challenges, you will overcome obstacles and achieve success in your chosen path. Alongside perseverance, cultivating a positive mindset will help you see setbacks as opportunities for growth, fostering resilience and adaptability. Building self-confidence is crucial as it enables you to believe in your abilities, take risks, and embrace new opportunities with enthusiasm. With perseverance, a positive mindset, and self-confidence, you will navigate the early stages of your career with grace and achieve your goals.

The most impactful thing my parents did for me growing up was to fully support my imagination and cultivate my entrepreneurial skills. They recognized the importance of nurturing creativity and innovative thinking, and encouraged me to explore different ideas and pursue my passions. Their unwavering support and belief in my abilities gave me the confidence and motivation to pursue my dreams, take risks, and learn important lessons along the way. Their guidance and encouragement ultimately shaped me into the resourceful, resilient, and forward-thinking individual I am today.
