Meet Kyleigh Giddens

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kyleigh Giddens a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Kyleigh, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I Honestly Developed My Confidence & Self Esteem From Being In Front Of The Camera & Just Being Myself. I Definitely Had People In My Life That Contributed As Well.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I Currently Am A Senior Universal Banker For A Bank But I Am Also A Entrepreneur, Dancer & Content Creator. I Absolutely Love Being An Entrepreneur Because I Am Able To Put My Passions Behind It & Do Things My Own Way. My Brand Is Called Creole Thangz & Its Purpose Is To Encourage Everyone To Participate In Self Care Regardless Of Your Budget. it Will Be Turning 3 Years Old On August 7th & It Feels Like I Just Started It Yesterday. We Will Have A Full Month Of Surprises, Giveaways, Prizes, Games & More.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The Three Qualities, Skills & Areas Of Knowledge That Were Most Impactful In My Journey Was Patience, Understanding & Consistency. The Advice I Would Give Someone That Wants To Become An Entrepreneur Is To Put The Work In But Also Trust In The Process. It’s Not Going To Always Go Your Way But If You Can See Your Vision, Don’t Give Up On It. Consistency Is One Of The Biggest Things Because That’s One Of The Ways You’ll Get Noticed.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
Honestly Other Entrepreneurs Have Been The Most Helpful. I’m Able To Bounce Ideas Off Of Them & Get Some Of The Best Insight On Things I Didn’t Know About. Also Doing A Lot Of Research Will Be Resourceful As Well.
