Meet Lanee Bradshaw

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Lanee Bradshaw. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Lanee below.

Lanee, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?
I honestly can say the strong optimism is cultivated through trial and error. Either you decide to let situations take you out of your control or you give yourself a strong dose of “It could be worse.”

I have experienced enough situations in my life to know that it could always be worse. Car accidents, major disagreements, 2020 and beyond. Life really is about choices, control and discipline.

For all the ugly things in the world there are just as many beautiful things and that’s where I go. I find parts of my situation that I am grateful for and I also take the challenging times as a lesson because that is what they are.

It’s okay to buckle down and cry and do what you need in a healthy way to rid the trauma out of your system, but make sure the one thing you keep is the lesson.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hello! I’m Lanee Bradshaw and my business is called Laluminary. I’m a spiritual mentor/coach, writer and public speaker. I actually just launched my public speaking career this year so I am very excited to get out there.

As a coach I help conscious feminine entrepreneurs find out who they are so that they can improve their personal and professional lives and create impact in their communities.

I have a book on Amazon kindle called “Your Mission Your Message Your Energy”, where I speak on how I found a part of my purpose using spiritual sciences like human design.

In a week I will be launching my new program called “Alchemy 2 Clients” where I share everything I have learned on my spiritual journey up until now that helped me become who I am. It sounds like a lot, but ever since I started focusing on helping others everything has become less effortless.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Perseverance Bravery
Authenticity

It really does sound retro, but get out of your comfort zone! Explore! Try something new! Say something (polite) to someone you wouldn’t generally say. When we do things differently for the first time our brain creates new neural pathways just as if you were learning something new for the first time. You are literally becoming a newer version of yourself. You know how many doors that will open up for you?

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
You’re a Badass at Making Money- Jen Sincero.

I have never heard her speak before but when I read her book, it is like she is talking to me one on one. She teaches about mindset and why you deserve good things. I agree. If the thoughts and ideas of abundance came to you, then it is meant for you.
