We were lucky to catch up with Latania Johnson recently and have shared our conversation below.
Latania, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I believe I got my work ethic from my dad. When growing up I was the youngest of 5 children. My dad was always working multiple jobs to make sure he was able to provide for his family. When he was not working he still made time to spend with his family. He use to cook, clean, play cards, dominos, yard darts, horse shoe, and play the guitar. Even though he had multiple jobs he made sure his presents were known when he was around his family.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
As the founder of Ms Tiff Enterprise LLC, my mission is deeply rooted in a commitment to serving the community and addressing the critical need for accessible notary services. The journey that led me to establish this business began with a personal experience – a quest for a notary that proved elusive and highlighted the significant gap in this essential service within my community.
Driven by a genuine desire to help people and recognizing the limitations of traditional notary services, I embarked on the mission to create a more flexible and convenient solution. Ms Tiff Enterprise specializes in providing efficient and error-free notary services, completing over 500 signings with utmost satisfaction from our customers. We have expanded our services to include tax preparation, understanding the financial complexities individuals face. Our tax preparation services have consistently resulted in satisfied customers who receive the maximum returns, reflecting our dedication to ensuring their financial well-being.
In addition to notary and tax services, we have delved into the realm of credit repair, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions, from credit monitoring to dispute resolution, trade lines, CPN, help seniors citizens with assistance, an author of “10 Ways To Become Your Best Version”, and I have a Hair growth product called Grow with Ms Tiff. We aim to be a one-stop-shop, providing affordable solutions to meet diverse needs.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that were most important to me were Self-Love, Learning to face my fears, and Changing Perspectives. The advice I can give is to always try to position your self for success. Never give up on your dreams, even when times get tough. To always look at things from different perspectives, even when its something you may not agree with. To remember that fears is in all of us, but once you conquer your fears you will realize that you had nothing to fear at all. Fear is just an emotion, that can be changed at anytime.
To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
My parents have been a very great support system throughout my life. They believe in me when I didn’t really believe in my self. They never doubted me, always had faith in me, and always gave me good advice. They are my biggest cheerleaders, and always make sure that they remind me that I can do any thing I put my mind to.
